Integral Harvesting System - IHS

Your olive and citrus harvest can be faster and cheaper than you've ever imagined

Integral Harvesting Systems, or IHS, are complete harvesting machines with a built-in umbrella and vibrator clamp. They are especially designed for harvesting single-trunk olive trees with trunk diameters of up to 30 cm planted in high-density groves (up to 6x4).

They were designed for olive trees whose fruit is difficult to dislodge, as well as for table and arbequina varieties. The shaker unit can come with a reverse shaker system (RVS) which makes it much easier to dislodge stubborn fruit.

It can be mounted on any kind of vehicle that has a loader (tractor, backhoe, telehandler, mini-loader, etc.). If it is to be used to harvest small groves and/or high performance is demanded, it should be mounted on highly manoeuvrable vehicles like Bobcat mini-track loaders. These vehicles are very agile in this type of olive grove.

Broadly speaking, IHS are designed for groves with over 5,000 olive trees with the characteristics listed above, and when mounted on mini-track loaders can obtain yields of over 300 olive trees/6.25 hour day. This only requires one operator and one or two shakers to strip the olive trees.
